Terms of Service - AI Smart Library

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using the AI Smart Library applications ("Student App" and "Owner App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the applications.

2. Description of Service

AI Smart Library provides digital library management tools including:

Student attendance tracking (QR-based check-in/check-out)
Fee management and payment tracking
Seat booking and management
WiFi access management via RADIUS
AI-powered study recommendations and quizzes
Library owner dashboard and analytics

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate mobile number for OTP verification
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your PIN
One account per mobile number
Account sharing is not permitted

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Share your login credentials with others
Attempt to bypass security measures
Use the WiFi access for illegal activities
Misuse the attendance system (proxy attendance)
Interfere with the operation of the service

5. Fees & Payments

Library fees are set by individual library owners
Payment records are maintained digitally for transparency
Refund policies are determined by individual library owners
Late fees may apply as per library policy

6. Intellectual Property

The AI Smart Library applications, including design, code, and content, are owned by AI Smart Library. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the application.

7. Limitation of Liability

AI Smart Library is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, including data loss, service interruptions, or third-party actions.

8. Termination

Library owners may deactivate student accounts. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
